For our first day of our journey. We woke up at 5 AM. Hopped in the car to drive to the airport. And as soon as we knew it, we were on our way to Atlanta. When we touched down and got to our next gate we waited OVER two hours to get on the next plane. And then it was the little boy seating in the seat behind me yelling TAKE OFF and off we went on our way to Salt Lake City.

It was a long day. A little more than 12 hours of travel. The girls did a great job and traveled with grace. However, once we got to Billings, we all became a little hyper! We have waited for so long for this trip to be here; it almost feels surreal that it is here. We ate at a nice steak house tonight, Jake’s. We were all a little tired and not sure how much we enjoyed it. It is 9:00 here and still very light. But, we are in bed as our bodies are clearly telling us it is 11:00. Tomorrow, we will try to figure out some of the RV stuff and explore Billings. A sweet goodnight from Montana!

Wish we could have seen you in the Atlanta airport, but our layover was too short! We are thinking of y’all on the RV as we are about to board the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard in an Altima! Have a great time!
